1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "fbage", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fbage platform and its operating entity, accessible at fbage.io.
• "Platform" means the fbage website, mobile-optimised web interface, and all associated products and services offered thereon, including sports betting, live casino, and slots.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the fbage Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the fbage Platform, which holds the Player's personal details, wallet balance, betting history, and account preferences.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fbage Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the fbage Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fbage. They apply to all use of the Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device or interface.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the fbage Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their Account:

• You are aged 21 years or older. fbage enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to players in Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal, recreational use.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unlawfully prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from the fbage Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

fbage reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the fbage Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Register only one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited.
• Not register on behalf of, or share your Account with, any other individual.
• Notify fbage promptly if any of your registered personal details change by contacting [email protected].

fbage reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any confirmed real-money balance is returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any outstanding investigations are resolved.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fbage login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify fbage immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. fbage will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

fbage recommends enabling any additional security measures offered on the Platform, including account activity alerts. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, until you report a compromise to fbage support.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

fbage accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All wallet balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Currency: All deposits, balances, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. fbage does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
• Deposit source: You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

fbage reserves the right to request verification of your payment method before processing any withdrawal. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder may be reversed and the associated winnings voided.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to verified bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts are typically completed within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Identity verification: fbage may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Requests will be held pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.
• Payment method match: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Wagering completion: Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds may not be processed until those requirements have been fully met.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

fbage may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to:

• Minimum deposit thresholds required to activate the offer.
• Wagering Requirements applicable to Bonus Funds and associated winnings, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x).
• Time limits within which Wagering Requirements must be completed.
• Eligible games or betting markets on which Bonus Funds may be wagered.
• Maximum bet or stake limits that apply while Bonus Funds are active in the Wallet.

fbage reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a Player is found to have abused or exploited any promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or arbitrage strategies — fbage reserves the right to void associated bonuses and winnings and close the Account.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the fbage Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, or slots. By placing a bet, you acknowledge the following general principles:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Sports betting odds are provided at the time of bet placement. In-play odds are subject to change continuously and the odds at the moment of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or data error occurring during a live game or betting event, fbage reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Wallet.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbage Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Money laundering, fraud, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification processes.

• Any form of match-fixing, insider wagering, or wagering on events in which you have a direct personal interest that could influence the outcome.

11 Responsible Gaming

fbage is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their means. The following tools are available to every registered Player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of days or weeks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbage shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, network outages, or server interruptions outside fbage's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses attributable to your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

fbage's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Wallet at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits fbage's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data

15 Account Suspension & Termination

fbage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited activity pending investigation.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• fbage's decision to withdraw service from a particular region or market.

Upon termination of an Account for a reason other than breach of these Terms, any confirmed real-money balance (net of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

16 Amendments to These Terms

fbage reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
